The ideal candidate is a hands-on strategist and entrepreneurial leader—someone eager to roll up their sleeves as an individual contributor while building a high-performing team and book of business. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding client strategy, driving new business, and expanding Quinn's real estate client roster. The ideal candidate is smart, strategic, innovative and personable—someone who can inspire teams and forge lasting client relationships. As part of our senior leadership, you will play a key role in our NYC office and the agency overall, working closely with teams in Miami, Los Angeles, and London. We are a group that is curious, creative and passionate about PR.What You'll DoServe as the day-to-day strategic lead on real estate client accounts, overseeing two senior account executivesBuild out a team of communications professionals as the business grows, overseeing all aspects of account workDevelop and execute strategic communications programs—including PR plans, media strategies, creative initiatives, partnerships, and event activations.Edit and sign off on press materials, pitches, PR plans + strategies, timelines, decks and reports; write strategic and creative plansProvide training, coaching, mentoring, as well as inspiration and supportDrive and secure top results; be results oriented – "hero" placements are important to usStrengthen relations with top-tier media and editorial decision makersGuide client meetings with confidence, providing big-picture, creative and strategic thinkingEstablish strong professional relationships with clientsHandle crisis communications with guidance from senior leadershipHave a solid understanding of social media, so you can speak to it. (Social media work is typically handled by others.)Drive new business by networking and helping to win new business; write proposals and presentationsBecome a valued industry and PR expert who will reinforce the agency's capabilities and offerings in real estateStay on top of current news and trendsWork closely with senior leaders in New York and across all officesWho You AreYou are eager + proactive.You have a passion for real estate PR and have been in the field for at least 7-8 years.You can build a strategy and clearly delegate/communicate it to their team.You are comfortable working with active clients.You have patience with clients and team.You are a strong manager and lead with empathy.You can make it fun.You are creative in identifying new ways to help reach a client's goal.
