As a Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse, you'll deliver skilled nursing care and emotional support to patients and families during the overnight hours, responding to urgent needs in the moments they need it most while helping ensure comfort, dignity, and peace at end of life.This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in autonomous practice and is confident making critical clinical decisions in real time. You'll work a consistent 7-on / 7-off night rotation (5pm–8am), giving you half the year off while still earning a full-time salary. With no additional on-call requirements and all shifts beginning and ending from home, you'll have a highly structured schedule that allows you to fully disconnect during your time off and plan your life with confidence.During your working nights, you'll assess and manage urgent symptoms, provide skilled nursing interventions, and support families through crisis moments with clinical expertise and compassion.
