Job Opportunity – Vascular Surgeon – Ohio

Start Date: September 15, 2026

Location: Northeastern Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Five consecutive days per month including call coverage and possible weekend shifts. Average patient volume of 10-15 patients per day in an inpatient/hospital-based setting.

Highlights:

• Inpatient vascular surgery coverage at a Level 1 Trauma Center
• 100% adult and geriatric patient population with focus on surgical procedures, IP and ED coverage
• Beeper/phone call and in-house call responsibilities with approximately 1 hour average callback time
• EPIC EMR system for documentation and workflow
• Travel reimbursements provided including airfare, lodging, and rental car
• Temporary coverage available during credentialing process (approximately 90 days)

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Vascular Surgery (required)
• Completion of Vascular Surgery Fellowship (required)
• Active Ohio medical license (preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Clean background with no malpractice or licensure issues (required)
• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation date (required)
