Step into an enriching contract role supporting elementary students in a vibrant educational environment. A skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is needed to provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and participate in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings on a single elementary campus. From now through May 2027, you’ll collaborate closely with on-site professionals to help children reach their communication goals.

This opportunity is fully onsite, allowing you to build strong relationships with students and staff while deepening your clinical expertise. If you hold an active SLPA license and are ready to make a meaningful impact, this position offers a rewarding blend of challenge and fulfillment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLPA license required
• Experience with school-based speech therapy preferred
• Comfort managing a caseload of 60–80 elementary students
• Skilled in conducting therapeutic interventions, evaluations, and supporting ARD paperwork
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours/week) onsite

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy to elementary-aged students
• Conduct and assist with student evaluations
• Participate actively in ARD meetings
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support students’ academic and social success through innovative communication strategies
