11165H - Operations Associate I (Hourly)

Merit Medical seeks an Operations Associate I to perform medical device assembly, quality inspection, and order fulfillment on a rotating production team. The hourly position involves assembling products to specification, verifying quality standards, and preparing shipments at a Richmond, VA facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices performing various rotating tasks on production lines
• Conduct in-process and visual inspections to verify products meet specifications
• Pick, verify, and prepare orders for shipment with proper labeling
• Reject products that fall outside quality standards and specifications
• Maintain adherence to safety standards and company procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to rotate through assembly line tasks and meet line rate expectations
• Strong attention to detail and visual acuity for product quality inspection
• Fine motor skills and dexterity for assembly work
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
