Henry Ford Health in Detroit, MI is seeking a Bariatric Dietitian/Nutritionist to provide specialized medical nutrition therapy for bariatric surgery patients and evaluate treatment effectiveness throughout their weight loss journey. You will develop individualized bariatric nutrition plans, counsel patients on dietary changes, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with bariatric surgeons, nursing, behavioral health, and ancillary services to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Henry Ford Health
