Registered Dietitian: IDT Nutrition & Care Leader

PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a Registered Dietitian to perform nutrition assessments, develop and implement nutrition care plans, and monitor progress for participants within the IDT. The role emphasizes evidence-based medical nutrition therapy and coordination with caregivers and healthcare professionals.
