Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEmmaus Inc., a non-profit in Haverhill MA, is seeking a Direct Care Case Manager to become part of our hard-working, solutions-driven team. Make a difference in the lives of homeless parents and children by helping them to rebuild their lives and reach their fullest potential.We are looking for an energetic, supportive and committed individual to fill the position of Direct Care Case Manager of our Emergency Family Shelter and Individual Shelter. The Direct Care Case Manager will be responsible for welcoming and conducting intakes/orientations,monitoring and addressing safety issues; and providing crisis intervention.Emmaus is willing to provide training and support to help the right person to grow into the job.Requirements:Must be willing to work either second shift; Sun-Thurs 3:30pm-11:30pm or Mon-Fri 2pm-10:00pmBilingual Spanish /English preferred but not requiredStrong written and oral English communication skills.Must have a valid driver’s licenseMust be able to pass CORI and driving records check.Physical Demands: The employee must be able to walk up several flights of stairs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.Benefits: Excellent benefits package including: health insurance, dental, life insurance, short and long term disability insurance, 401 K “Safe Harbor” retirement plan with possible employer contribution of 3% of salary annually (not dependent on employee contribution)Emmaus is an Equal Opportunity Employer\nCompany DescriptionEmmaus, Inc., located in Haverhill, MA, is a non-profit housing and service organization that helps homeless families and individuals rebuild their lives and reach their fullest potential.
