We produce high-quality machined parts in a shop that pairs modern equipment with a real family feel. We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating milling machines and lathes, along with a strong understanding of machining processes. This role is critical to ensuring the production of high-quality components that meet our stringent quality standards. The CNC Operator will work in a fast-paced shop environment and will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Haas CNC mills and Haas CNC lathes . Shift (floating schedule) Monday-Thursday: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM Friday: 6:30 AM - Noon (optional overtime)
NO WEEKENDS
What you'll do Set up, operate, and maintain Haas CNC mills and Haas CNC lathes Load programs, install tooling, and set offsets Monitor first-piece and in-process quality; make adjustments as needed Read blueprints, work orders, and setup sheets Perform basic troubleshooting and keep machines running efficiently Move between mill and lathe work as production needs change Work with programmers, quality, and other operators to hit quality and delivery goals Maintain a clean, safe work area and accurate production documentation What you bring Hands-on CNC mill and/or lathe experience (Haas experience is a plus) Strong understanding of machining processes Ability to read drawings and use precision measuring tools Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset Reliability on a consistent shop-floor schedule Team attitude and willingness to learn the Meador way Why Meador Family-owned shop with a collaborative culture Work on both Haas mills and Haas lathes Pay range: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience) 100% employer-paid health insurance - $0 deducted from your paycheck Predictable weekday hours with an early Friday finish Competitive additional benefits and room to grow Location: 20437 Hannan Parkway, Walton Hills, OH 44146 Meador Manufacturing is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Meador Supply Co IncVacancy posted 2 days ago
