Now Hiring: Machine/Blow Mold Operators
Responsibilities
- Operate blow molding machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and production output.
- Inspect finished products for quality and defects.
- Perform trimming, labeling, packaging, and assembly of products as needed.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify maintenance when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
- Blow molding or plastics manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to work any of the available shifts.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in plastics, extrusion, injection molding, or blow molding environments.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
