Requirements Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred Forklift experience and ability to safely operate material handling equipment Experience using pallet jacks and hand trucks Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, shipping documents, and work orders Basic computer and scanning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the shift Strong organizational and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Job Duties Assist with shipping and receiving operations by unloading trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and distribute materials by lot number Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents to determine material movement and order fulfillment Inspect incoming cargo for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies as needed Complete shipping and receiving paperwork, logs, and inventory documentation Verify proper product identification and labeling Sort and store materials by account, part number, and designated warehouse location Operate forklifts and assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials Scan outbound shipments to verify order accuracy and quality before shipping Maintain warehouse cleanliness, perform routine equipment inspections, and assist with general warehouse maintenance Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned to support daily operations Benefits Same forklift, different vibe - no micromanagers, just movers Solid pay every week (direct deposit or payment card) Medical/dental/vision/life + optional 401(k) Safety that's taken seriously Real teammates, not time-wasters Built Not Hired - We hire operators who know their stuff, and we treat you like you matter Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
