This role requires urgency, accuracy, and pride in maintaining a clean and efficient prep environment.What You'll Do:Prepare fresh ingredients including chopping vegetables, portioning toppings, and measuring ingredients.Follow recipes and ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation meet company standards.Support line cooks and pizza makers by ensuring stations are stocked and ready for service.Maintain food safety by following proper storage, labeling, and rotation procedures.Keep prep and kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.Assist with communication between BOH and FOH team members to ensure guest needs are met quickly.Uphold menu knowledge to answer occasional questions about ingredients and allergens.What We're Looking For:Dependable and hardworking with attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Strong sense of urgency and team-first mindset.Previous prep or line cook experience preferred, but not required.Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.
