Shift Options:
- Monday-Thursday | 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Monday-Thursday | 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM
We're seeking motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team where you'll learn multiple production processes, develop valuable technical skills, and play an important role in delivering quality products to customers.
No prior machine operation experience is required. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and take pride in your work, training will be provided.
What You'll Do- Assemble custom PVC strip curtain products according to work orders and specifications.
- Operate production equipment including RF welding machines, automated strip-processing systems, and assembly tools.
- Review measurements, materials, and product requirements to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and proper assembly.
- Cross-train in multiple manufacturing areas to support production needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, reaching, pulling, and material handling.
- Ability to work safely around production equipment.
