Senior Director, People Operations, Systems & Data

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director People Operations Systems & Data to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will lead HR service delivery with a focus on consistent operations, employee support, and scalable people processes. You will partner across HR, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to improve workflows, service quality, and data-driven decision-making. The position offers the opportunity to modernize core HR processes while improving the experience for employees and managers within a Legal & Accounting environment.
