What You'll Do

Effectively utilize the Nursing Process in patient care delivery in the OR setting.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Assess patient needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies for patients and families.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, assessments, and interventions.
Demonstrate leadership by managing and delegating tasks to team members.
Contribute to a positive patient experience and uphold safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, standards, and facility policies.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

What You Need

Required:
- Current RN licensure in Louisiana
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- 2+ years of OR nursing experience, including DaVinci Xi systems and circulator roles
- Experience working with confidential information in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Basic computer skills

You will be working in a prominent OR team within a leading facility in New Orleans, providing high-quality surgical nursing care. You'll be responsible for assisting with complex procedures, utilizing advanced equipment, and working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.
