AVP- Master Data Management, Transformation Services


This role directly contributes to the Company's revenue growth and margin by adding new business, building relationships, and delivering services. The Master Data Management specialist will be responsible for owning the strategy on centralizing and maintaining transversal data repositories for our clients. This role includes crafting and steering the roadmap, leading projects, and leading GxP validation, etc.


Duties include:


Implementing the roadmap and running the platform
• Leading the Run with assisting partners, ensuring the care of data quality
• Provide solution compliance to regulatory and quality departments
• Technology watching


Leading technical operations
• Implementing assets evolutions
• Bringing expertise on MDM interfaces
• Leading developments
• Leading GxP validation
• Improving the design


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required in science, engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Significant experience within the MDM field for top pharma companies.
• Shown experience in supporting an international company with data management business challenges.
• Solid experience in interacting with various business directions, able to identify priorities, and promote the appropriate vision to meet the needs.
• Knowledge in LifeScience data models: IDMP, HCP/HCO, CDISC(BRIDG) as well as GxP rules are required
• Good communication skills, ability to lead, and influence at any company level.
• Ability to lead and implement an MDM strategy. Ability to lead a team of direct or matrixed colleagues to deliver on business commitments and project timelines.
