Executive Recruiter

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join a growing Talent Acquisition team. This individual will serve as the organization's executive recruiting subject matter expert, leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for Director, Vice President, and other senior leadership positions internationally across three business divisions: Hose Clamps Division Connectors Division Straps Division This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing global manufacturing organization that is expanding its leadership teams and investing heavily in talent acquisition. The Executive Recruiter will partner closely with business leaders, HR, and executive stakeholders to develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives while reducing reliance on external search firms. The ideal candidate is a highly consultative recruiter with significant experience identifying, attracting, and hiring executive-level talent within manufacturing or industrial environments. This individual must be comfortable working independently, building relationships across the organization, and becoming deeply embedded in the business through facility visits, leadership engagement, and market intelligence. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance for executive, leadership, and professional-level positions. Lead executive searches for Director, Vice President, and other senior leadership roles across multiple business units. Partner with hiring leaders to understand organizational needs and develop customized search strategies. Conduct talent mapping, competitive market research, and succession-focused pipeline development. Source and engage candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, professional associations, industry events, and other recruiting channels. Evaluate candidates through behavioral, competency-based, and executive-level assessment techniques. Present qualified candidates and provide consultative guidance regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring risks. Build and maintain pipelines of leadership talent for future organizational growth. Represent the organization at networking events, industry conferences, job fairs, and professional associations. Develop strong relationships with plant leadership, operational stakeholders, and executive teams across the business. Analyze recruiting metrics and provide regular pipeline, search status, and market intelligence reporting to leadership. Support offer development and executive-level negotiations in partnership with HR leadership. Travel to manufacturing facilities and business locations as needed to strengthen partnerships and hiring effectiveness. Stay informed on manufacturing industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in executive recruiting. Perform other duties as assigned. What Makes Someone Successful in this Role? REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on manufacturing, industrial, or engineering organizations. Demonstrated success recruiting Director-level, VP-level, and executive leadership talent. 3 years of international hiring with proven success Proven ability to independently manage complex searches from intake through hire. Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and hiring stakeholders. Experience conducting executive-level interviews, assessments, reference checks, and candidate evaluations. Advanced sourcing skills including Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, referrals, and direct outreach. Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and talent acquisition strategies. Experience utilizing ATS platforms, CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities with experience managing multiple concurrent searches. Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Willingness to travel as needed. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience recruiting within manufacturing environments. Experience supporting multiple facilities or geographically dispersed operations. Experience with ADP Recruiting or similar applicant tracking systems. Experience partnering with global organizations and executive leadership teams.
