Making appointments and making preliminary assessment category of payment for patients are essential before provider can see them. Make patient appointments and follow up appointments.QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAININGPrevious experience as a receptionist preferred.Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Customer Services experience required.High School Graduate or GED Equivalent preferred.Pay TransparencyShasta Regional Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs.
