Job Full Description

Job Summary: Hotel Maintenance position for the downtown Pittsburgh area.

Responsibilities:

Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance
Complete preventative maintenance and routine inspections
Respond quickly to guest and staff maintenance requests
Maintain records of repairs and supplies
Ensure safety systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency exits) are functional
Support housekeeping and front desk with facility needs
Maintain grounds, pool, and parking areas as required

Position Type: Full Time, Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $19.00/per hour

Schedule: 3pm-11pm, 5 days per week (must be able to work weekends & holidays)

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
1+ year maintenance experience (hotel/property preferred)
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC basics
Ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and multitask
Good communication and customer service skills
Flexible schedule; evenings, weekends, on-call as needed
Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work indoors/outdoors
