Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Schedule: Full-time preferred, approximately 30–35 hours per week Work Arrangement: In-office at least three days per week, with flexible daily start and end times Falcon Legal Talent is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for an opportunity with an established East Cobb law firm. This role is ideal for someone with strong real estate title skills who enjoys taking ownership of their work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Commercial real estate experience is preferred. About the Role The position focuses on title work and related transaction support, with opportunities to assist with other aspects of commercial real estate closings. Responsibilities include: Ordering title examinations, tax information, and water bills. Reviewing and processing title information and preparing title commitments. Assisting with recording documents and providing backup support as needed. Confirming recording and finalizing title policies. Providing occasional backup assistance with closing documents and closing statements. What We’re Looking For Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and respond to short turnaround times. A collaborative approach and willingness to assist colleagues as needs arise.
