Bonus Opportunities Throughout the Year Responsibilities Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community. Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community. Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents. Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events. Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests. Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors. Requirements Must be 18 years old or older. At least 1+ year experience in sales and customer service. Previous leasing experience is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team. A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required, along with a passing criminal background check and pre‑employment drug testing.
