As an Insurance Account Representative for Eric Smith State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer interactions; acting as a liaison between customer needs and their insurance products. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing products and services relevant to their needs. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and customer-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Existing CA Insurance License w/ 18+ months experience
- Demonstrated Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and optimistic professional attitude.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Decisive and results oriented.
- Experience in client-services or sales preferred.
