We are looking for Scrum Master with experience managing Agile delivery for Infrastructure, Security, or Technology Operations programs. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile practices across cross-functional teams, remove impediments, drive continuous improvement, and ensure successful delivery of business and technology solutions supporting retirement and benefits administration. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet regulatory, operational, and client needs in the retirement benefits space. Additional Information The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway, NJ is $110K-$120K /year & benefits (see below). Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure remediation backlogs are groomed, prioritized, and aligned with agreed milestones. Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, and remediation throughput. Coordinate activities across CloudOps, Infrastructure Engineering, DBA teams etc. Identify, track, and escalation blockers impacting vulnerability remediation. Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure timely resolution. Facilitate risk reviews and mitigation planning. Produce weekly and monthly dashboards. Track KPIs and Milestone Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in IT services or consulting preferably in production support Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. 5+ years of Scrum Master experience. Experience managing Agile delivery for Infrastructure, Security, or Technology Operations programs. Strong understanding of vulnerability management lifecycle. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or equivalent tools. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification. Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools.
