CompuCom Dispatch Field/Printer Technician

Transition rate upon full time hire to CompuCom will be $23.00 for candidates that meet requirements listed, dependent on technician's skill CompuCom in candidate comments.

I have a new requirement in the Garden Grove, CA, 90680 area for a dispatch field/printer technician.

Must live within 10 mile radius from Garden Grove, CA, 90680, ZIP CODES MUST BE LISTED ON RESUMES.

Looking for immediate help Saturday to Wednesday 10 am to 7 pm shift. Overtime expected as well. On-call/standby expected as well.

Position Summary: MUST HAVE Field Service Experience Desktop Support Systems may be POS systems or Desktop/Laptop units. Printer Break Fix Experience. MUST HAVE Field Service Experience and Printer Break Fix repair. Must be able to follow written instructions MINIMUM Requirements: (Candidates missing any of these requirements will be automatically rejected.) CompTIA A+ Certified a must, Reimaging and updating O/S experience required. Printer Break-fix experience (more than consumables and setup) Deskside Customer Service Support Experience Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position reimbursed accordingly). Contractors will also be required to load Company Apps on their personal smart phones. Please make sure you set that expectation upfront.

CompTIA A+ - 5 year plus exp

Desktop Break/Fix Experience - 5 years plus exp

Networking Experience and 5 years

Printer Break/Fix Experience and 5 years
