You'll manage nursing staff, collaborate with physicians, and provide both physical and emotional support to residents and their families. This is a leadership role with career growth potential.You Will:Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet patient care needsFoster a compassionate environment through emotional and psychological supportCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve patient needsMaintain a safe and clean environment by implementing procedures and protocolsEnsure compliance with infection control and medication administration policiesAudit documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient recordsOversee medical equipment and coordinate maintenanceBuild strong relationships with healthcare teams and participate in problem-solvingRequirements:Current NYS RN License (BSN preferred but not required)Minimum 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care or medical/surgical settingsMinimum 1 year of supervisory experienceStart Immediately!
