Manufacturing Machine Cleanout (3rd Shift)

Job DescriptionIn this role, your responsibilities will be:Conduct all job duties with safety as a priority and in compliance with safety rules.Maintain machine coolant levelsRemove chips/shavings from machinesEmpty chip tubs using a forkliftChange machine coolant when directedRecycle used coolant using Emerson equipmentAlign with all safety and work instructions.Maintain clear communication within department.Maintain departmental housekeeping rules, standards, and clean/restock as the need arises.For this role, you will need:High school diploma or GED required.Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time; strength in arms and legs.Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to safely operate stand-up forklifts and motorized ride-on pallet jacksPreferred qualifications that set you apart:2 – 3 years experience working in a machine shopOur culture & commitment to you:At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
