Do you have Administrative Assistant experience?  Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment?

This isn’t your typical Administrative Assistant position. This role with give you a variety of tasks where you are cross-supporting various people/departments, Sales and Administration.

Pay Rate: $25/hour-$27/hour, based on experience

Hours: Full Time, 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

Length: Temporary to Hire

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Appleton, WI (on-site)

Requirements: 

• Must have 2+ years Administrative Assistant experience supporting multiple people or departments
• Experience in a manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook required
• Flexible to doing multiple tasks and taking on different projects
• Dependable, reliable and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills, accurate and detailed
• Basic math skills

Responsibilities:

You will be supporting multiple people and departments in Sales and Administration.  

• Track and coordinate projects, maintain shared timelines and action items
• Entry and maintenance of sales inventory, contracts, and pricing data
• Generate and issue purchase orders requested by management
• Coordinate monthly marketing meetings and projects, including team communication, scheduling and final approvals
• Maintain inventory and office equipment
• Perform monthly, fiscal year end, and calendar year end ERP close
• Assist with vendor management including contract administration, scheduling, invoice review and on-site walkthroughs as needed 
• Back up to the receptionist
• Conduct routine post office deliveries, bank deposits, and other errands as needed
