All Pro Security is rapidly expanding throughout the Southwest, and we are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to own and grow the Utah market.

This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing recurring-revenue business. You will have the ability to sell a full suite of security solutions including armed and unarmed guards, mobile patrol, cameras, drones, event staffing, fire watch, executive protection, and emergency response services.

If you are motivated by uncapped commissions, territory ownership, and the ability to build a market with strong operational support behind you, this role offers significant upside.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business throughout the greater Salt Lake metro area, While supporting growth initiatives and client development efforts in additional markers as business needs and opportunities arise
• Build and manage a self-generated sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic prospecting
• Conduct site walks, security assessments, and discovery meetings with prospective clients
• Develop tailored proposals and close recurring service contracts
• Partner closely with Operations to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client retention
• Represent All Pro Security at networking events, trade shows, property management events, and industry associations
• Maintain strong pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM documentation

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in B2B outside sales, account executive, territory sales, or business development roles
• Strong hunter mentality with experience self-generating opportunities
• Proven ability to close new business and manage a sales pipeline
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory

This is a field-based remote role. Most of your time will be spent meeting prospects and clients throughout the Salt Lake metro area. Some evening or weekend availability may occasionally be needed for events, client meetings, or site assessments.
