Rent Ready Site Manager

Capital Construction & Renovation (CCR) Capital Construction & Renovation (CCR) is growing, and we're looking for experienced, detail-oriented Rent Ready Site Managers to oversee multifamily renovation and apartment turn projects throughout the DMV area. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality renovations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, we'd love to hear from you. About CCR CCR specializes in comprehensive rent-ready services for multifamily communities, including: Multifamily Renovations Unit Turns Capital Improvement Projects Field Oversight We partner with apartment communities to deliver efficient, high-quality renovations that keep properties move-in ready while maintaining exceptional standards. What You'll Do Manage multiple renovation and apartment turn projects from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules Conduct site visits and monitor project progress Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Perform quality control inspections Communicate with property managers, recruiter, ownership groups, and internal teams Resolve field issues and keep projects moving efficiently Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting What We're Looking For Experience managing construction, renovation, or multifamily projects Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organization and time management Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality Reliable transportation for travel throughout the DMV area Why Join CCR?
