Program Coordinator II

Job Summary The Program Coordinator supports and manages key operational and programmatic activities for Radiology Faculty Affairs. This role is responsible for coordinating multiple large-scale initiatives, providing high-level administrative and project support, and ensuring programs are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational objectives. The Program Coordinator serves as a central point of communication and contributes to continuous improvement. Schedule: Full Time, 8:30am to 5pm flexibility Remote Policy: 1 remote day after 90 days of training Visa Sponsorship: This position does not support sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B Visa Status or OPT) Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure program efficiency and consistency. This includes calendar management for the Vice-Chair of Faculty Affairs as well as other leaders as needed. Coordinate and manage multiple large-scale program activities to support Faculty Affairs operational and strategic goals. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across clinical, operational, and administrative departments. Monitor program timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support successful project implementation. Assist with planning, execution, and follow-up of initiatives aimed at improving program effectiveness and workflow optimization. Contribute to reporting, data tracking, and analysis to assess program outcomes and support data-driven decision-making. Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders as needed. Provide guidance, coordination, and support to other team members to promote alignment and accountability. Identify opportunities for process improvement and support strategic enhancements within the program. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 3-5 years of administrative or program support experience required. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Industry Knowledge: Experience in program coordination, healthcare administration, or a related role (Radiology or clinical environment preferred). Core Competencies: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis. High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Superior oral and written communication skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment with diverse constituents. Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks and shift focus as priorities change. Must be able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
