Our client is seeking a Cafeteria Assistant Manager to join their team. As a Cafeteria Assistant Manager, you will be part of the team feeding school children. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Pay Range: $15

Shift: Part-time Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Support the Cafeteria Manager in following established procedures and guidelines for food service operations.
• Assist with food receiving, production, and service to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Supervise personnel, coordinate activities, and communicate effectively with staff and school administration.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping including production sheets, cashier verification, and inventory management.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld, maintaining a grade of 95% or above.

What's Needed?

• High school Diploma, GED, or related experience.
• Knowledge of menu planning, recordkeeping, and computer skills.
• Working knowledge of food preparation in quantity food service.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal or written instructions.
• Safeserve certification or the ability to obtain it upon hiring.
