Guest Satisfaction Leads at Cabo Bobs are responsible for providing the Cabo Bobs experience to the guests and Team. This is done by following and teaching our policies and procedures, but also maintaining our top 3 priorities: Guest Service, Food Quality, and Making it Great! Serving great food and care for customers are our keys to success. This is an entry level position into management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Working with a smile
  • Organize and plan ahead for business
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve current processes
  • Provide daily impeccable service on the job
  • Interview candidates for employment
  • Pass down notes, complete temperature logs, clean up evaluations, prep lists, and restocking checklists
  • Provide feedback to employees for growth and development
  • Attend weekly meetings with store managers to discuss business, staffing, produce orders, and service. These may include managers from other stores or leadership in the company.
  • Execute catering orders and online orders accurately
  • Effective control of food and labor costs
  • Work schedule to include day or opening shifts, night or closing shifts, and mid shifts
  • Cultivate relationships with staff, guests, and fellow management
  • Lead by positive example in all aspects of the job
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment and culture
  • Uphold and enforce uniform policies
  • Adhere to all store security procedures
  • Adhere to all store safety procedures
  • Complete delivery orders from purveyors and check-in these orders to ensure accuracy and quality of products on assigned days
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Current Food Handler certificates (
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to carry at least 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills (English required, bilingual a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift
  • Able to multitask and organize
