Scheduling Coordinator

To enhance the appointment scheduling process for autism services, the remote ABA Scheduling Coordinator will manage client appointments, optimize clinician availability, and support operational efficiency while providing coverage during evening hours and rotating Saturdays. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage client appointments, addressing conflicts and ensuring attendance Collaborate with clinicians to align staff schedules with client needs and clinical capacity Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction Required Qualifications: 1+ year of ABA scheduling or Registered Behavior Technician experience, or healthcare scheduling/dispatch experience required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or human services Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and disciplines Familiarity with scheduling software and data management tools is a plus
