Fellows Take On a Customized Portfolio Of Projects That Can Span Any Operational Domain, Including Operational quality improvement projects across clinical and non-clinical areas Project management work of varying scope and complexity Site-based capital projects, including quarterly contingency capital requests Cross-departmental initiatives Executive Rounds, organized and operated by the UCMC fellow Access to Senior Leadership Exposure To Senior Leaders Provides Fellows With Meaningful Involvement In The Strategic And Financial Conversations That Shape Hospital Operations.
