Senior Director of Growth Creative Strategy Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Our client, a rapidly growing consumer health and wellness organization, is seeking a highly strategic and creative Senior Director of Growth Creative Strategy to lead and evolve its performance creative engine. This leader will architect and scale content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels. This role will manage a high-performing in-house creative team, including a Senior Manager of Design and Video Editors, while overseeing an extended network of freelance UGC creators, editors, and post-production partners. The ideal candidate excels at translating complex health and wellness concepts into clear, compelling content that drives measurable growth. What You’ll Do Develop and lead the creative strategy for performance marketing across paid social, short-form video, and other growth channels. Manage, mentor, and develop an in-house creative team while coordinating external production partners and creators. Partner closely with Growth, Brand, Product, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to align creative priorities with business goals. Transform audience insights, campaign performance data, and customer feedback into high-impact creative concepts. Ensure creative output is on-brand, compliant, audience-relevant, and optimized for platform-specific performance. Manage creative production capacity, timelines, quality standards, and external vendor relationships. What You’ll Bring Extensive experience leading creative strategy for direct-to-consumer or performance-driven growth marketing. Demonstrated success scaling creative production for paid social and short-form video platforms. Strong understanding of creative testing, performance metrics, conversion drivers, and audience behavior. Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams and external creator or production networks. Exceptional ability to turn complex subject matter into concise, persuasive, consumer-friendly storytelling. A collaborative leadership style with strong operational, communication, and prioritization skills. Experience in health, wellness, consumer products, or similarly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
