If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Operations Analysis Senior Specialist to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).Day to Day Job Duties:· Responsible for maintaining the SCCM and ensure its ongoing health and viability for the underlying systems, as well as keeping a close eye on all of those systems · Expected to carry out updates when required, utilizing patches and new builds where necessary to keep security and usability at its very best level, including assisting in third party patching · Knowledge of systems other than SCCM is essential · Responsible for building packages for new software · Responsible for managing distribution via SCCM · Knowledge and experience performing Vulnerability Management · Responsible for building and maintaining images as well as deployment · Expected to utilize the SCCM system to its very best to keep all systems working alongside one another smoothly, including those of different operating systems on a range of devices · Responsible for deploying driver updates, BIOS updates for a range of models, maintain configuration baselines and prevent configuration drift, and work with and assist all other teams in the business in order to achieve all of those aims.
