Entry Level Event Coordinator

Position Overview The Entry Level Event Coordinator assists with organizing community events, promotional activities, and event logistics. This role provides excellent hands‑on experience in event coordination and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating community events Support event setup, operation, and breakdown Coordinate event materials and supplies Welcome attendees and provide general information about the company Help maintain organized event records and inventory Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful event execution Qualifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and time management skills Flexible availability for occasional evening or weekend events Previous event or customer service experience is a plus but not required Work Environment In‑person position at office and event locations Active work environment with occasional lifting and standing during events Collaborative team atmosphere #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Haven HR
