Junior Technical Recruiter

Note: This is an on-site role (11414 W Park Pl, Milwaukee, WI 53224). You need to be in the Greater Milwaukee area to be considered for this position. GlobalSource IT seeks to add one or two Junior Recruiters to our core delivery team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, personable, and eager to build a career in recruiting. No prior staffing or IT recruiting experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training and mentorship. As a Junior Recruiter, you will learn to identify, contact, screen, and build relationships with IT and ERP consultants in areas including SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, supply chain systems, project management, and other enterprise technologies. What You’ll Do Source and contact candidates by phone, email, LinkedIn, text, and other recruiting tools. Conduct initial candidate conversations to understand experience, availability, goals, compensation, and fit. Review resumes and learn how to match candidate backgrounds to client needs. Maintain accurate notes and activity in our recruiting system. Support senior recruiters and account managers throughout the recruiting process. Build long‑term relationships with consultants and represent GlobalSource IT professionally. What We’re Looking For A friendly, confident, and professional personality.
