Help Desk Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and proactive Field Engineer to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting mergers and acquisitions by ensuring the smooth integration of end-user devices and providing hands-on support for clinical applications, including Epic. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Flexibility, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Support and integrate end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Support clinical applications, with a strong focus on Epic and related healthcare systems Assist with device imaging, deployment, and configuration Collaborate with IT, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure minimal disruption during transitions Document processes, issues, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement Travel to client sites as needed to support integration efforts Skill Set Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Proven experience supporting end-user devices, including hardware and software troubleshooting Familiarity with clinical applications, particularly Epic, in a healthcare environment Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and common enterprise tools Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Ability to work independently in dynamic, high-pressure environments Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Willingness to travel and maintain a flexible schedule as business needs require #J-18808-Ljbffr Medasource
