Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in software development and technology leadership. A strong background in modern software architecture, experience with the Microsoft technology stack, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks are essential.
