Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually • Health benefits • Paid time off • 401(k) • Professional development opportunities • Career growth with one of America's fastest-growing title companies Responsibilities: • Process residential and commercial title files from opening to closing • Review title commitments and help resolve title issues • Prepare and review closing documents • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and attorneys • Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with company and state requirements • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the transaction process Qualifications: • 3+ years of title processing, escrow, or closing experience • Active Public Notary • Strong understanding of the real estate closing process • Highly organized with great attention to detail • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple transactions at once • Experience with title software systems; Qualia experience is a plus • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly

Compensation:
$65,000-$75,000 per year
