Marketing Manager (Content and Operations) $58,000-$70,000 per year Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Portfolio is highly recommended Why You’ll Love This Job: PTO and paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match FSA and HSA options Company-paid life insurance Company-sponsored events, activities, and family outings What You’ll Do: Take ownership of assigned marketing systems, projects, and initiatives from initial request through execution and completion Execute graphic design needs and manage creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite Own the organization’s digital presence, including monthly newsletters, social media channels, website administration, and digital content Develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, email, social media, web, content, events, and other client-facing channels Support corporate marketing resources, including collateral, internal communications, flyers, advertisements, promotional items, PR, and the internal branded supply store Administer marketing and sales tools and resources, including Canva, continuing education initiatives, and corporate-level event support Follow established marketing processes to support the onboarding and offboarding of team members and offices Manage multiple marketing projects and priorities while maintaining ownership of timelines, details, quality control, follow-through, and proactive communication Serve as a marketing subject-matter expert by evaluating new needs and opportunities, researching options, recommending solutions, and determining the best approach for execution Evaluate and improve marketing technology, AI, automation, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness Work across platforms and tools including Hootsuite, Google Business Suite, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, Webflow, YouTube, Envato, HiHello, Exclaimer, Apple Maps, Bing Maps, and others What We’re Looking For: 2-5 years of professional marketing experience with the ability to work across both creative execution and marketing operations Demonstrated graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; portfolio or work samples may be requested Proven experience independently managing marketing projects, campaigns, operations, or workflows from start to finish Strong working knowledge of digital marketing, content, email marketing, social media, websites, and marketing technology Experience taking ownership of digital channels, including website updates, email communications, social media, and other digital content Ability to evaluate a business or marketing need, recommend an effective approach, and independently execute the solution Strong project management skills with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines, details, and follow-through across multiple projects Excellent written communication, copyediting, quality control, and attention to detail Strong judgment, problem-solving, research, and critical-thinking skills Comfortable learning, evaluating, and optimizing technology, including AI and automation Ability to work independently, proactively communicate progress, and maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality A versatile, hands-on marketing mindset and willingness to personally execute work across design, digital, communications, projects, and marketing operations rather than specializing in one narrow area About Dawson Dawson is a trusted staffing partner in Central Ohio.
