What You Will Be Doing

• Set up, adjust, and operate precision press brake machinery to form high-quality custom sheet metal components to exact technical specifications.
• Read and translate detailed engineering drawings, structural blueprints, and job travelers to calculate bend sequences and material flat dimensions accurately.
• Select appropriate tooling, configure machine parameters, and execute first-piece and in-process inspections to minimize material scrap and maintain tight tolerances.
• Operate material handling equipment—including industrial forklifts and overhead bridge cranes—to safely transport raw metal plate and completed components across fabrication cells.
• Collaborate actively with welding and assembly teams to maintain an efficient, high-quality, and clean manufacturing workflow.

What We Are Looking For

• Forming background featuring at least 1 year of proven, hands-on experience independently setting up and running industrial press brakes or heavy metal forming machinery.
• Drawing interpretation backed by a strong foundational ability to read technical engineering blueprints and follow manufacturing routing sheets accurately.
• Material handling competence with previous exposure to operating forklifts or overhead rigging systems viewed as a major asset (full on-site safety certifications will be provided).
• Professional reliability and a steady, consistent employment history that demonstrates long-term commitment and strong daily attendance with past employers.
• Local commute and permanent residency established within a comfortable, daily 45-minute driving radius of the Greater Green Bay, WI area.
