Location: Sheboygan, WI Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmRequired Skills:CPA certification preferred10+ years of accounting and finance experience, with a strong background in accounting rather than just financeProven leadership experience managing multiple teamsExtensive knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS reporting standardsExceptional communication skills to engage with large international groupsExpertise in cost accounting, general ledger management, and financial analysisNice to Have Skills:Experience working with foreign subsidiaries and international complianceFamiliarity with transfer pricing, tax regulations, and VATBackground in international audits and regulatory reportingPrior experience in trade receivables/payables management and treasury operationsPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA highly valued10+ years of progressive leadership roles in accounting or finance functions, ideally within a global business environmentOther Requirements:Must be willing to work on-site at our locationAbility to speak with and present to large international groups regularlyDemonstrated ability to manage complex financial operations across multiple entitiesIf you're a seasoned accounting leader ready to make an impact on a global scale, we invite you to take the next step in your career.
