Key responsibilities include utilizing our exclusive platform to identify promising healthcare candidates and leveraging your network, reaching out to potential candidates, showcasing MLR's exciting opportunities and assessing their interest, coordinating appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations, keeping candidates engaged with thoughtful follow-ups throughout their hiring journey, maintaining precise and up-to-date records within our applicant tracking system, and receiving commission based on the meetings you establish, interviews you facilitate, and successful hires resulting from your efforts.

Qualifications for success include exceptional verbal and written communication skills, an independent and proactive approach, a genuine enthusiasm for outreach, connection, and empowering individuals to progress in their careers, and no prior recruiting experience is necessaryif you are organized and resourceful, we will guide you through the process.
