Job Details Location: Tulsa, OK Start Date: March 24, 2025 Shift: 10-hour shifts; 8:00am - 6:00pm or 12:00pm - 10:00pm Shifts per Week: 4 shifts, including weekends License/Certification: OK, BLS, ACLS Experience: 2 years in Emergency, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine Responsibilities Work as part of a clinical care team to deliver healthcare in the patient s home Perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnose and treat complex illnesses Provide therapeutic interventions, such as splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures Use critical thinking skills and follow evidence-based standards of practice Accurately document patient encounters and ensure accuracy Analyze test data to diagnose, treat, and arrange appropriate follow-up for patients Educate patients and families on managing health and well-being Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics
