Summary/Objective This role is responsible for being a support system to an LCI team. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes. Maintain team member records and assist with HR data entry while ensuring confidentiality. Assist with team member engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs. Help prepare training materials and coordinate learning and development activities. Support HR projects related to talent management, retention, and organizational development. Respond to routine team member questions and direct inquiries to appropriate HR team members. Assist with maintaining HR files and documentation in compliance with company policies. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, reporting, and data tracking. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a seasonal hourly position, and the expected work hours are decided by the hiring manager. Travel Travel would be minimal and primarily local during the business day. Required Education and Experience Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous internship, work, leadership, or campus involvement experience. Interest in talent acquisition, team member relations, training, or HR operations. Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
