Bilingual Recruiting & Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and people-focused Bilingual Recruiting & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Hamden, CT. This multifaceted role combines recruiting, candidate engagement, onboarding, payroll support, human resources administration, and office operations.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable communicating with candidates and employees throughout the day, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and identify qualified candidates for a variety of open positions
• Conduct outbound recruiting calls and follow up with prospective candidates
• Review resumes and applications and perform initial candidate screenings
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication throughout the hiring process
• Guide candidates through the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process
• Communicate professionally with candidates and employees in both Spanish and English
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related administrative functions
• Review time sheets and help ensure employee hours are submitted accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in internal systems
• Perform data entry, filing, document preparation, email correspondence, and other administrative duties
• Provide ongoing support to recruiting, human resources, payroll, and office operations
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee and candidate information

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, professional phone presence and willingness to make outbound recruiting calls
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, data entry, and general computer systems
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, payroll, customer service, office administration, or a related field is preferred
• Dependable, professional, adaptable, and eager to learn
