Patient Care Coordinator

Pride Health is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to support our client's healthcare facility in Concord, MA . Job Details Schedule: 8.30am- 5.00pm Location: Concord, MA Job Type: Contract Contract Length: 3 months (possibility of extension) Pay Range: $23/hr - $25.30/hr *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Duties Answer inbound calls from providers, members, and healthcare facilities regarding authorizations, benefits, and case status. Review and process prior authorization requests received via phone, fax, or electronic submission. Create and document authorization cases accurately in the Utilization Management system or EMR/EHR. Route cases requiring medical necessity review to nurses (RNs/LVNs) or Medical Directors.
