Position Details Location: Kunkletown, PA; and surrounding areas Shift: Part-Time / Weekdays Immediate Opening: Kunkletown, PA (Part-time weekdays) Pay Range: $15.00–$18.00 per hour Job Summary Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, is seeking reliable, experienced direct support professionals to provide one‑on‑one, non‑medical support to individuals diagnosed with intellectual, developmental disabilities, autism, mental health, and behavioral diagnoses. Responsibilities Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing) Companionship Appropriate communication/social skills Light housekeeping and chores Ensuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skills Meeting individual goals and outcomes Promoting community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.) Requirements High School Diploma or GED Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Technical Requirements This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act , which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. Candidates must use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours, be comfortable using smartphones or tablets, and have reliable internet access.
